Hmm... A central area, bounded by water(falls), playerstarts on the outside... Could be interesting!
I may make a map like that.

um... try this
/bind F1 (getbind E)
that'll transfer the bind of E to F1
I'm just making you type the getbind E part as I forgot if it was toggledit or edittoggle :D
but it doesn't get rid of E's binding, so now type
/bind E ""
too nullify whatever bind there was
and congrats, you can now press F1 to toggle editmode instead of E!

open up eisenstern.bat in a text editor and DELETE everything in it. then replace it with this
bin\sauerbraten.exe -grpg -r %1 %2 %3 %4 %5
if you're on Linux, just ./sauerbraten_unix -grpg
and if you're on OSX, I can't help you

Please don't make such pointless posts. We are not here to argue semantics, we are trying to answer questions. My post answered his question as concisely as possible, your post was a waste and led me to also make this waste of a post. I should just censor us both. ¬_¬

Perhaps an edit function would be helpful...
Has anyone (i.e. the people(s) in charge of the forum) given any thought to implementing a "better" forum?
I personally would recommend a Simple Machines forum... It's a nice forum, and it's free and open-source.

Sorry. Point taken.
And to SheeEttin:
Yes, an edit button would be helpful. And I took a look around SMF, and it looks pretty cool. I'm don't desperately want a new forum, but I think that it might be a change for the better, but the final decision is up to the people in charge.

It's definitely been discussed before. But whoever it was (aard/eihrul?) had an opinion basically consisting of "this forum does what we need it to do, and others are too bloated" or something like that. A nice, quick forum with a cool CAPTCHA for anon users is Phorum. The letters in the captcha are actually all made of periods that form the code in an ASCII-art-like style. It's a fast little forum that would probably be easy to integrate and doesn't come with a lot of bloat, but instead gives people the option to install extensions for whatever they need. It's kind of like Vanilla, but I prefer Phorum.

If you can write a shader that makes it look cel-shaded, then it's probably possible to use the C2 engine, most likely with Eisenstern rather than Sauerbraten.
Be aware that the Eisenstern project is still in development.

Be aware that if you want to have the black outlines that frequently come with cel shading, Sauer does not have any of the backface methods that are typically used to create that effect. You'll have to use the traditional brute-force method, which is to have a slightly scaled-up version of every model with the faces inverted and skinned black.

If you've got a good GPU then there are alternative funky ways of doing good outlines...
Since cel shading would probably require writing new shaders anyway, then you just output normal information and then use post processing (i.e. a fullscreenshader) that generates the outlines based discontinuities on attached 'normal' and 'depth' buffers. The bulk of the effort is rewriting the shaders rather than the extra code imho

If he doesn't mind, he can always modify the code to allow /outline to work in any gamemode, and default to 1, but it's gonig to be a bit too fake as outline is meant to help mappers with fine details in tiny indistinguishable geometry
