md3.cfg problem with textures |

Ok I made a md3 model with animations and a skin.jpg a spec.jpg a glow.jpg and a hieght.jpg and i made a md3.cfg file for it like this
md3load tris.md3
md3skin tris skin.jpg spec.jpg
mdlspec 200
md3anim "gun idle" 0 1
md3anim "gun shoot" 0 2 100
but when i play it in the game it loads the model but not the skin or animations or anything im i missing somthing i only have animatsions for 3 frames starting at 0 - 2 i tryed to read the docs but im clueless i need a simplifide explanation please. Thanks

You need to load the skin for the mesh (the group/object name) not for the filename.
Heightmap? what for? red channel is spec, green is glow. blue is empty.
