error when conecting to cube server |

ok, i try using the "/updatefrommaster" command on my new computer (though this has worked perfectly before on it) and it gives me this strange list of unknown commands:

i run windows XP and this is the latest version of cube for windows, and it was working before, so what's wrong? do i have a virus?

im able to connnect and then the server disconnects throwing this message [illegal network message]. The server browser list shows the correct ip with the message [different cube protocol]

I cant wait any longer. I've setup
a cube server on 159.101.40.140. First
time I've done it but it seems to be working ok.
Lemme know if you have problems connecting...

Well, I couldn't see that 159.101.40.140 was up, so I couldn't connect.
Here's my current servers.cfg
Although quite a lot of them are down, at least some are up ... ENJOY :)

Hi everyone,
8 days ago our apache webserver suddenly went ballz up and refused to start up. We had to wipe the config and reinstall it. Now, as you can see, it's up and running again, so the web pages etc. are fine.
The masterserver however is running in a servlet container which talks to the web server. Setting this communication up involves compiling a new apache module, fucking about with config files aplenty and I'm currently not up for that. I may get around to doing it sometime this week, but that depends on how much free time I will have (got an exam coming up).
Anways, apologies for this. I'm not exactly sure if this is my fault (still at a loss as to why the server suddenly caved in), but anyways - direct any hate mail and flames my way, I'll happily delete it =).

and while your at it, can you make the online server work like it used to? i kinda hate the ingame browser.
also the fact that you have a button that says servers that when you click gives you "please use the in-game server instead" message is kinda rude :(

It's back. Please report any problems.
I might fix the HTML server list, but it has never been that useful because it cannot tell you your ping. Currently it's gone because I have rewritten the masterserver to support sauerbraten. When that's tested, there will be a masterserver for sauer as well.
