WHO is the mystery mapper?

There are two maps in the cube distro, both are interesting & both lack any author info.

64: This map is has an insane amount of detail, perhaps pushing the engine to its limits. It reminds me of the gothic99 maps, both in detail & the way it makes the comp chug initially.

x: This on reminds me of some classic Quake dm maps I would see back in the day. The with the exception of a few dead-ends, the flow is excellent. The structures/layout/texturing are beautiful.

They are in your /base dir when you install cube. But they don't show up in the menus.

64.cgz is a beta version of a map, the finished version will be included with the next official version of Cube.
btw. I am the creator of this map, and i'm as insane as the amount of detail is. (btw, ppl can write me emails with what type of maps you want to see, ask if i want to rework maps etc., im also very happy with emails that eg say "you rule, your maps rock" etc + you can beta test maps im workin on :) )

ger.cgz is done by gerard, his email is: gerardpudenz@betamap.de

you should tell him that you like the map -perhaps he'll do another one then :)
