Aard's trusted communities system (Discuss!)

Well, just reading Aard's "rant" about a trusted communitiy system to combat cheating, and I got an idea...

In order to see if the system _could_ work, perhaps we could implement something simple like that on the forum (eg. upgrade the forum, and implement a trusting system) to see how it works?

first of all, that isn't "simple", its a lot of work already. And second, I have just implemented the alternative system already, which is described in the other thread ("cheating..."), and in the sauer docs. It will be used instead of trusted communities.
