ok, one last try, i wouldnīt get you all on the nerves: wehen playing cube on osx 10.3 the fucking savegames doesnīt work. i get the following message: wrote quicksavegame etc, but the i couldnīt load one (...couldnīopen quick...). i searched in the cube folder and the whole data on my mac but i find nothing like the mentioned savegame etc. ok thanks & stay tunded - thorsten ...

@ nwbie- if you're using cube 2005, then just hit the tildle key (~ this one) and then type
name "nwbie"
if you're in cube 2004, then edit autoexec.cfg with notepad or something.

Hi. Running WinXP, Radeon 7000 series card.

Both Cube and Sauerbraten come up with everything seeming to work ok 'cept everything is grey. Other than the "ceiling" pic. Loading a different map is the same story. What's going on?

www.ati.com -> Drivers&Software(click on top menu) -> In the sidebar find Windows XP - RADEON - Previous Drivers and Software (click) -> Next (click for next page) -> RADEON Previous... (click) -> press Ctrl+F to find 8-03 - it is the driver you need.

I'm playing sauerbraten on mac, and it worked fine before but suddenly now half the screen (the left half) shows the 2D background of whatever map I'm playing and some sketchy bits of the foreground. The right half is compIetely normal. I updated and messed around with the video settings, but nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP...

I recommend getting an OS upgrade. I'm not saying your system sucks nor am i trying to help Apple with sales, but 10.4 has a lot of nice things that 10.3 doesn't that makes doing things, such as Gaming easier, more reliable, and in a way, more fun.
