Small fps on Radeon and it can another cards !

I had on Radeon 9000 olny 10 fps, in spite of installed fglrx from ATI.
As it happens, lack tmpfs.
It must be in /etc/fstab
tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

Have you actually got accelerated 3d?
Try running glxgears - see what sort of framerate you get - or something like Tuxracer or another OpenGL game.
I haven't used an ATI card for years, but if I recall correctly, you need to do a change in your xorg.conf or XF86Config-4 ( depending on your X) like this -

change Load "dri"
Load "glx"

to read -

Load "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.a"
Load "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libdri.a"
