Server Commands

some of the server commands arent working for me. im talkin about pcube.

the command for passwords works fine but i cant get the forced respawn command to work (time between death and respawn)

in the read me is says

--forcerespawn SEC
(SEC being the number of seconds)

is it supposed to be

-forcerespawn SEC

or with 2 dashes?
and is the space supposed to be there?
is it in milliseconds?
