Press the arrow keys or scroll the middle mouse button to navigate menus. Press ENTER or click the middle mouse button to choose options. Press ESC to go back.

While playing, press the arrow keys or W, A, S and D to move, use your mouse to look around and change directions. Press the right mouse button to jump. To shoot, you must select a weapon and have ammo for that weapon, then press the left mouse button. Weapons can be switched by pressing keys 1, 2, 3 and 4 on your keyboard or by scrolling the middle mouse button.

Lol, the beauty and art of copy-paste :) I wonder if it'll be of any use though.
