i find the fastest way to get opinions and testers is to just connect to an empty pub server, /map yourmap, /sendmap, and wait a few minutes.

It wouldn´t be a bad map, if you used a diffrent engine, cube can´t handle this mapsize. It has some nice spots, the pond for example. Don´t get me wrong, all that´s wrong about this map is the size, other stuff looks good, and you should definately keep at it.

Didn´t you notice the ugly z-fighting on the distant walls? That´s a clear sign that it´s just too big.
Plus you only have 4 1x1-cube solids in there.
Wqd is 20 000 and my fps go down to unplayable 22 in the worst place. Wqd should never reach more that 5500-6000 or so, and ideally be inbetween 2500 and 3000 most of the time. (nowadays, imho)

Make your next map be 1/4 of the size of this. And be more careful with mapmodels. If the map would have been smaller, you had not needed so may grass models to make all the space on the floor look intresting.

I have to agree with MakkE on this one, it is too big and my computer does drop to low fps, about 20 at the worst. Also, the map has too many rockets, cant see any other ammo

But it is a nice map

I've seen maps bigger then this it is the island DM map i forgot where i downloaded it but it is far bigger then this one!
