Can I edit the amount of bullets, health etc in cube ?

Why not just do away with new quesions in general thread and create permanment thread that are on topic ? Not very easy to find answers in a forum even if there is a search option. No way of knowing if it's new or not.

Dude, the forum shows you if there are new messages. If you click on a thread that has new messages, you only see the new messages.

If others are capable to track their new messages, so are you. Stop annoying everyone by creating useless new threads.

If others want to know the same thing, they can look for it in the Map Editing Thread. It should be the only place where information like this resides, because it's easier for people to find it there. Like, information structure and organisation - a really easy concept.

Editing counts and weapions don't even belong in the map thread. It's more of a editing thread.
