Theres only one thing you should do that is explain what happened what did you do and what programs ur running also notice firewall causes bugs and i dont know about firefox cause i never had it but i suggest you explain and care for firewall.

Not at all, he's probably on a dialup connection with dynamic-IP (nearly every dialup have dynamic IPs), he disconnected and made the reply on another 'session' so his ISP assigned him another IP in his address-range. You can even play with whois to know his ISP and impress your friends with your l33tness
