can i ad my own textures and if i can, can i ad animations like clouds on the sky

Google is an amazing resource, do your own research.

Yes, you can add your own textures.
No, you cannot animate them.

Please stop making new threads with questions that are easily answered by the readme. Open up editref and refer to it as you make your map (hence the name). Also, try to avoid distributing textures that won't be used or an equivalent exists- Cube's mimalistic approach and audience is contradictory to extraneous textures.
