For everyone not just me if you want to extract Cubeengine 2004 it is a different file download the latest winzip to extract Cube 2004 this is also usefull for other .tgz file's like tux linux .tgz or so can be opened too

You can use WinZip, PowerArchiver, 7-Zip, Winrar and probably many others, .tgz is a very common and standard format.
But there will probably be a setup.exe installer for the next versions.

Are you talking to me D.Plomat i extracted it several time ago maybe yeah for the other's they should use those but latest winzip is the most pwerfull tool right now

Maybe... but there are so many archivers for Windows that it's more a matter of personnal preference...
Anyway, win32 users still have to install an archiver until MS add support for other formats in some future windows version in their "compressed directories" handling.

Made a nice Inno Setup installer that has all the bells and whistles - even a spot for the user to enter their name and teamname. Anybody got a webhost for 20 megs of data?

Just set up a quick'n'dirty apache server. This will be going up and down, as its on my winxp desktop with a flaky DSL provider.
