I whant to compile cube with cygwin, but it can't find fmod.h.

Eventually you'll be able to compile it under cygwin with the -mno-cygwin option.
Anyway, you need to install the development libraries (and headers) for each runtime library Cube requires. This includes fmod, SDL, SDL-mixer, SDL-image i think, plus some other. Check the FM for exact list.
And you should better use MinGW than Cygwin, i think it's more appropriate for compiling Cube, plus more ppl here use MinGW so you'll find more info on it.

I'm no programmer, but personally I find Dev-C++ the best free package for modifying Cube, it has everything and uses the MinGW compiler. People here can make a Dev-C++ Cube project easily if needed, even I can do it.
