Hey everyone i'm really new to cube. I got pissed of at windows so i put linux on my computer. Then i found cube, it's a really cool engine/game and it seems to me like it has a lot of possabilities. After playing the game for awhile (i hope i'm not the only one that noticed this..) 3 or 4 guns in the whole level sucks.... So i went looking for mods.... It's amazing how pissed of everyone can get for mentioning a cs mod for cube... Is there anyone who can give me a list of mods for cube.... And idk but i think a tatical mod would be the best thing that happend to cube... I program in python but i don't think that will help very much but if there is anyone that needs some help with a mod, or maybe we should start own... Just ask...

search the forum for:

Quad (SP and MP, includes CTF mode)
VectorX
Fusion (SP only, Windows installer, but i think once installed files can be copied on a Linux)

About the 4 weapons, i think that makes for a cool gameplay... eventually adding one more could be OK, but more wouldn't fit in this very-fast gameplay

About a realistic mod, there isn't because Cube engine is absolutely not designed for realism, so the amount of things to rewrite in the code would be too much. One must choose an appropriate engine for his goal, using Cube engine to make a realistic game would be like using a flight-sim engine for making a car racing game.
