How can i change my skin?

my can i make the camera behind the player(third person shooter like Duke Nukem 3D)

This is possible for sure how can i change the water texture i seen level's with different liquid so how can i?

3. Look in a map config file. It should be the first texture listed (or one of the first 5 anyways).
