Unable to create OpenGL screen (No video mode large enough for 1024x768)

Everything was working fine 'til I installed a Cube-based "fusion" game. Now everytime I try to run regular Cube it either hangs with a black screen or (rarely) gives me the error message above.

I'm running Win98 with an ATI Radeon. I've tried uninstalling the "fusion" game to no avail. I've tried changing the cube.bat to 800x600 but that just gives me the same error box with the new dimension.

I was having a great time playing & building, but can now do neither.

...just reinstalled "fusion" & that works fine. Regular Cube still doesn't.

err..please dont blame me.

Fusion is built around the latest release of Cube. All should be fine.

...just figured it out. I was fiddling around with dos box settings and had changed the dos box that cube.bat was running in to "full screen". Apparently that was the problem... I'm back. woohooo!!
