Water texture dissaears when looking up |

In the new release of Cube, I found that going underwater and looking straight up causes the water texture to not be drawn.
It still looks like you're underwater (blue hue, wavy screen), but the texture isn't drawn until you look at an angle other that near straight up.
I have an Nvidia TNT2 with the latest drivers.

It happens within a 20 degree arc from straight up.

As said above, it only happens if the water is not deep.
I got a geforce 4.
