Nope, no dolphins here. All the curves mess up their echolocation.

So yeah, I found out how to make rain and such but I didn't found a way how to make proper snow, What is the particle # and what commands should I use to make a snow effect or something along the lines of snow?

use the smoke particle (9), set shape at cubic facing down (300) and length (3rd value). 4th value is colours
So a snow particle should like this:
particles 9 300 100 0x111 0

Here are some screens of my upcoming map 2base.
The final version will implement a pseudo-class choosing system using teleporters and ammo rooms.

BTW : thanks for noticing & re-posting the two broken links ;-)
This looks pretty expansive!
The texturing seems to have been done with care, although "5-21" did have that one wall that looks weird, might be okay in-game though.
The only thing that I have to really mention is that the geometry is _very_ boxy - you did some slanting bits here and there, but to really round it off you should work in some debris and broken-bits and it could actually do with a lot of the corners getting "obfuscated".
I mean, like putting in 45° cubes into the corner, or staggering them in a few steps or so - just to make it all feel that much less than a couple of boxes connected by boxes - you know !?! (-:

Thanks for the feedback, I'll work on rounding some of the edges before I release the next version.
I also have a bit more texturing to do.

Also lighting. You could benefit from that one lighting tutorial I saw...

Not just the lighting chapter is available - he's written a whole book that interested people might want to buy and ready from cover to cover - he's also provided an example of what he has to say on "gameplay" (layout, map-flow and stuff)

#4172: Regarding texture blending |

Hey guys, I don't know if this has come up before, but I was wondering if one could change or add a blendbrush that was to paint walls... I have only been able to get them to work on the ground, and on walls by "smearing". The rotation only works around the z - axes, so I was wondering if there was a chance to make it rotate-able around x and y.
I hope you get what I am saying...

The final question and answer should interest you most.
This is kind of buried in the readme ... perhaps this question would be asked a lot less if this were more prominent in the documents?

Unless you say "mac" in your initial question/problem then sauerbraten mac support won't know to answer.

note: @RedWolf if you bury "mac" in the middle of your message text then I may likewise miss it
