how can i change the video/audio options or key settings?

and how can i play a LAN game? i wanna play this game with my friends.

for the video and key settings edit the autoexec.cfg file
for lan just find out the servers ip and in console type
connect (ip)

thx but how can i add my own music to tha game?
and how can i change the resolution (1024x768x32)?
is there any function to set "E" as next weapon?
