Cube source code relicensed as ZLIB

It came to our attention that the Cube source code licensing was different from Sauerbraten, which could make modifications a bit trickier.

Aardappel and I decided to just relicense the Cube source code as ZLIB so it now matches the license of the Sauerbraten source code.

The last release of Cube's source code has been repacked with a modified license file (readme.txt) to reflect this.
