Adding trims?

When editing maps in Cube, I always miss some features from Hammer. One of them is being able to easily add trims to blocks, so I can do stuff like this:

Is it possible to do this with Cube?

You certainly can add such thing, but with 2 consequences;

- It contains geometry (so it's not integrated as an overlay). Look for examples on official maps (ot, complex, etc).
- It's a so called "blendbrush", which is blended on top of the original texture. This technique is being used way less often than the other (as it's more static and more complex). A map which does use it is "evilness" (the exploded pattern under the quaddamage). The map "river_c" uses it for a path troughout the map.
