When will cube update be out?

When will the cube update be out? And what can we expect to be included?

(ie... sounds, weapons, maps... what?)

asking this already many times answered question ;)

The answer is that Aard develops Cube on his spare time so as any free software developper he won't give a release date.

For the content, you can check with the TODO and Changelog files of existing version...
For the next version, as the 2003_12_23 is very recent, we can probably expect that the next version contains some bugfixes and improvements of the 2003_12_23, plus maps edited with this new version's new editing capabilities, some have already been submitted to Aard.

I suggest a different update. 1) the only way to get server operators' attention is a real update 2) the server browser needs to not show servers with old versions or password protection. I don't think one server on my browser is usable.

I wanted to wait for other things to put in a new update, since the most important bug has already been fixed. However the inability to reach server operators means we may have to do a full update soon.

If you want to help in this effort, make sure I have all recent high quality maps/models and other things to be included. If there are glaring bugs, especially ones introduced in the last release that I may not be aware of, now is the time to bring them to my attention.

Well if you show me how aard, I'll try and create models for you (Though I can't texture for **** :P), I have ALL these programs, but NO experience except for simple modding and advanced web-design =-)
