quadropolis review

Now that quadropolis is in recovery mode after a successful move to it's new home we are looking for ways to improve the User experience for everyone.

Some things we have already identified are site load times and registration process. We are working on a definitive solution for those problems.

Now we ar opening up the floor to everyone to give us some comprehensive feedback. Gripes, issues, niggles, bugs... Load em all up and that will help us to plot a path through this jungle.

list of ideas I have prioritized from one to five:

1.There's the bug where deleted accounts still have votes on content! Would be great from now on deleted accounts have there votes removed when deleted!

2.The reply system stacks comments on to the right eventually making a single sentence look like multiple line paragraph!

4.Remove the "starred content" from a moderators control to an automated system based on votes over 5 and above 75% approval!

5.Ability to vote on comments +1 & -1 useful for pointing out a trolling comment and praising a good idea!

I agree with the above ^ as well as perhaps a different design of the website.

Since it's got nothing to do with this 4-cube page excecpt the host i think it should have it's old domain back.

Offtopic: I like the +1/-1 idea for comments, but I think it's good to have moderators mark the "starred content". I also think the name is fine and i really like the layout so i wouldn't change that!

I would like to be able to search maps by creator, something that as far as I know cannot currently be done. You can search a name with a custom Google search, but that brings up all the results of the name on the site, including useless tings like other users mentioning their name.

Also, the "Best Content" and other "Best" tabs are not working on Quadropolis right now. Content and Scripts return no results, and MODs goes to the server move notification.

Everything looks horizontally cramped and buggy on My netbook! For the menu some stuff would be better as a drop down menu selection! Not sure how easy it would be to add the "Recent Content" app as a drop down in CSS!
