General ban for SilentCity

Good afternoon Sauercommunity :)

In the old Trooper version of Cube 2 plays a big troublemaker. His name is SilentCity, from netherlands. He is only there to disturb all the other players. He is teamkilling all times and his hobby is, to destroy the coop edit maps from other people. I wanna ask, whether it is possible, to ban him from Cube 2 for all times? And i know that teamkilling only isn´t a reason to put him out. But destroyng? One user made a proof video with his desk cam, where SilentCity damaged the map of user Santos. I hope that i´ll get an answer from you.

1. Who the heck still plays Trooper? Justice is out for a quite a while now and a new version is about to come out.

2. Yes, in theory it is possible to ban people from the master server. After what I heard does that only mean the list won't update for him anymore. If he still knows the IP of a certain server, he can directly enter using /connect IP (PORT)

3. He is a troll. Claim master, lock the server and spec him or kick him when it is a serious case. He WANTS to be annoying.
Don't bother. Do not swear at him, do not take revenge. Simply make him unable to act as mentioned. That's what a troll really pisses off.

4. What you are asking for is quite a lot. You want us to make him completely blind and unable to find servers, unless a friend tells him the server IP. Even if he is a troll, you must admit that this is a rather hard punishment.
Additionally we can not ban every TKer and mapfucker, otherwise we had to ban like the half of the online players.

Sorry for the double-post, but I forgot to mention another thing: without his IP there can't be done much anyways.

And if he has dynamic IPs there's really nothing that can be done about it.

Even the comment looks very unharmful, it could also be a trick just to get lost of someone which he doesn't like. Some more investigation should be done...
