What are the sort of things that the playerbase can expect from the next Sauerbraten update? Gamemodes, user interfaces, or graphical updates?

6. Kick is still abused often enough and pause would be fascinating because of the fact that most noobs don't have admin and so don't know it, so it seems like something new and amazing that has to be tested how far it can be used to be "funny" (read: how big the abuse factor is).
10. And again... what is so hard about downloading a simple file and write a single line into your autoexec?
Additionally they can't include every single script that seems to be useful to a bunch of people. Do you have an idea how huge the pack of configs would become? Simply download and install it when you need it.
11. Can you think of people who A) are good enough to judge maps properly and B) have enough time to actually do it?
And one or two people wouldn't be enough. You'd need an entire group of such people. Happy searching.
Btw: every map on Quadro might become a new official map when it gets enough likes.

11) people can upload their maps on quadropolis like now, just eihrul will choose good rated maps and game client will download oficial update. Map will become faster played, not in 1.5-years releases like now...

12) Actual map vote polls should be placed on scoreboard, people should see poll standings. Now map votes are invisible, why?

10. Hell, tell me where you need skill for! Download file, throw it into the main folder, open the autoexec and enter "exec downloadedfilename.cfg" basta. Start up the game and you got your favorite server list.
11. I am sure he has better things to do than checking every single map. As I said, you have to look for a bunch of people who have the nerves to do that.

10) There are still many people who dont know how to open autoexec by notepad and also they would like to have favourite servers somewhere. Why there is ZOOM in game by default then? Everyone can download one in a milion versions of zoom scripts from quadropolis...

Honzik; your excuses for being lazy for one god forsaken script are lame, get real. The zoom was always there.
Zoom scripts on the other hand add a GUI and expose FUNCTIONS you had not SEEN BEFORE to make your EXPERIENCE even BETTER, and provide GREATER USABILITY.
So please, cut the "protect the poor noobs" act over a simple text edit. It's ridiculous.

1) Would make the masterserver gui very chaotic to add such options to it.
2) I dislike the idea of showing my country actually, as it's an attack on your personal information. That's why I also dislike CSL...
3) Would be nice, but it's a very old idea. As someone stated before, get more clans to have such priority.
4) Of all things you called, this is 1 of my favourite. My solution is: when you kill someone, he drops a skull. To earn the frag, just pick up that certain skull.

11) ... You really should do some investigation on scripting before asking such thing.

11) Update was possible in SauerEnhanced, well, not update of maps, but new client was automaticaly downloaded. Why not to do same thing with the maps?
12)No, but I think it could be not hard to put poll under scoreboard something looks like:
iCTF: Face-Capture(5), Reissen(3), Tejen(1)
I think its already implemented like this but it is just not visible right?

12) I'm pretty sure it's not just a piece of cake to implement such thing, while I have almost zero experience with it.
Here some things which could make it tougher then it looks:
- Position of gui; it would be very irritating if it would appear right in the middle of your screen when being in combat. (and because of that, some new guitab should be made, else it probably won't fit).
- It shouldn't appear every time someone spams a vote, as it would just kill the match which is being played in the time the poll is getting announced.
I'm pretty sure there are more things which would make it harder than it looks, but don't got time for that now.
I'm pretty sure the servers of nooblounge already have something similar as that, but just textual (which brings us to the next question, why would you actually have a separate gui for it while it can also be done textual?), they often fail called the right maps though (like "Vote for Reissen(1) or Reissen(2)", which you should press "1" or "2")...

1. Color filters. Controlled by "/texfilter" and "/vfilter" commands. Takes texcolor value as filter color.
2. Local grassheight variable. Reedmace or corn are taller than the usual grass.

Maybe make killcams with demos?
Look.
Server parameters are, I dunno, /killcam x and /respawntime y.
X is time of killcam, y is respawn delay. If x is less than y, after killcam there is normal score table, if y is less than x you can respawn not watching the rest of the killcam.
For any player demo is always recording (and parts that are older than x are always deleting), when he kills someone last part of demo is cut and send to player who is killed, and showed to him with playing demo function.
Is this real?

There is no way to adjust the respawn delay. And there are no killcams.
Plus, sane people prefer watching where their enemies are going while dead instead of watching a video loopback.

Killcams are fun. Why would you watch enemy playing after he killed you? Maybe only if you enjoy that he dies shortly after he killed you. And killcams are really useful:
1. They help noobs to learn how to play.
2. They help to detect cheaters to voteban them after.
3. They let you see if someone's camping, although I think this is bad because I like camping and respect it as important part of gameplay (not in sauer, but in other games).

Yeah, I don't really like it too, just played on that crazy instagib venice server, hiding on roofs and shooting everyone down there, and thought it would be really bad if admins will enable killcam.
But on noob fun servers... Sometimes... Why not. Noobs would be pleasured.

Someone once made a killcam-mod, but it's not advisable to download it, as it isn't correctly licensed to Sauerbraten and also spamming an advertisement to other players while connecting on the server (which you can't see when your using the mod).
