Slow Video

hello all, and srry i posted under here, the Question thread would not connect :(

ok here it is..
i am running Win2k and when i open the cube.bat file to play, it opens but it is very slow and i am only getting 7 FPS!!
i made sure my video acceleration was set to full. other than that i am stumped...anyone have any suggestions?

also, i forgot to mention... i do have an appropriate video card that does support 32bit, but nothing higher than that..lol

Sounds like you're running a software renderer. Look for an opengl.dll.

probably dl the latest driver on your video-card's manufacturer's site (not your PC's manufacturer if you have a Dell/Compaq etc as they sometime provide drivers without OpenGL for OpenGL capable cards (yes, already seen that!!;)) and installing it will solve the problem.
