No, though it's been a planned feature since the dawn of time.

Feel free to try implementing it, though. :D

I've been hoping for this feature for a long time but since the underlying networking for Cube is Peer-to-Peer that limits what can be done.
I think the networking code would have to be overhauled into a more traditional client-server model in order to get monsters, doors, etc.. into Cube.

You got that just about exactly wrong. Cube and enet are using what is basically the most traditional networking setup ever.

Cube 1 was the base of this, and if you check its enet, though very basic, and not quite as great as sauer's, still is the most traditional, which is why it allowed triggers for doors. If you want to get a better idea on how to do this, I do suggest looking at that. However there is this one major problem, though it was the base, since sauer has updated, it won't be compatible with it, and so you need to come up with something similar or with a complete over-hauled version of enet.

One of the biggest problems you have with triggers, doors, and monsters, besides real time location is; when someone opens a door, it has to send a packet to the server saying its open, that way people like me can see you through the door, unless of course the door opens and closes, at which point it will need to send another packet to the server saying it is closed.

But hey, its possible, hard, but possible. So good luck if you want to go ahead and learn C++ and build it.
