Unable to join games

My friend is unable to join games and he sent me a snapshot with all the descriptions saying waiting for response. It also shows everything to the left of the Host Ip blank. He just downloaded it today.

ok, heres a few things he can to to fix it (if he hasn't done so)

1. if he is using windows and has a firewall, he needs to let sauerbraten.exe past.

2. he needs to update from master server if he hasn't

3. you need to post a picture to show people the problem so we can gather an idea of what the problem is easier.

Try doing this command in the Sauer console: /maxservpings 10

Usually this is because whatever router they are using is dropping server pings, so setting it to only ping 10 at once like that sometimes fixes it.
