No. You'll just absorb some mapping/scripting/coding skills just from playing/reading the forums/Quadropolis/being in the community. I know I did. :P

This forum tends to focus on bugs, scripting, mapping, and mods, but that's not to say that others in the Sauer community don't like to talk about *gaming*. Check out IRC channels or the various clans' forums for that type of conversation.
