could you take a new map and use it in a older version of cube? I'm using the old cube engine (more basic) to make a new video game but I'm having a hard time with two things making maps and editing MD3 meshes (animations) can anyone help me out!!!!!

Lewis,
As far as I know Cube 1 maps are not compatible with Cube 2, although a great number of them were ported over. Cube 2 is backwards compatible for maps made with earlier versions of Cube 2.
You'll have to try and find a few tutorials for blender on youtube for animating MD3 models.

As you've been told in the past (and seem to need a reminder of that fact); please do not answer a question when you do not know the answer, as speculation does not help anyone but your own ego.

WRT original topic:
No, you cannot import Cube 2 maps into Cube 1, you would need to write your own importer (if that is even possible, some Cube 2 mapping techniques are not possible in Cube 1). Note that Cube 1 is deprecated and you'll not find adequate support for it here.
As far as you "having a hard time" with mapping and modelling, you've not really explained what you're even having a problem with, so nobody can help you. Please read:
