It should.

There are no 64-bit builds, though. It would be trivial to compile it yourself if you really want them.

Nahh I have win 7 64bit and it's running at 1fps :/ can't detect my graphics card, this is the first game that is doing this.

You need to install OpenGL drivers from the http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.aspx?lang=en-us site.
