ATI - new driver - game crash

Hello

my friend updated his graphic drivers , he can connect to gameserver and he is even listed in TAB but with \\\\\\\"Lagg\\\\\\\" .

Than the game is crashing.

Does anybody knows what we could do ?

Downgrade the drivers.
Assuming that's the problem.

try newmapping before joining a server. it might be the same problem with me, and it might work. otherwise, try downgrading as already specified.

Hello,
I used ATI Radeon Driver Version 9.12 - Sauerbraten crashed while loading shaders.
Downgrade on version 9.10 fixed this problem.

May I add that sometimes people may delete the slashes a first time around but forget to do so the second... They may have failed the maths puzzle twice as many times!!

You\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'d never catch me doing that.
