Hello cummunity,
i'm writing a serverbrowser for several games. Now i want to do a implementation of cube engine games. With wireshark i got out that the "queryport = gameport + 1" and it seems, when sending a "\x00\x00" i get back the time the game is running on the server. when sending e.g."\xFF\xFF" i get back a packet, which contains mapname and i think servername (but it changes all the time), so i'm a little bit confused about the protocol. Can someone provide me with information about that protocol?
Thx so far.

Yes i did and i found all the neccesary information for Cube 2 Sauerbraten, Bloodfrontier and AssaultCube in it. I thought it would be much more work to collect all the information, so i asked here.
Ok now, another question: are there other games based on cube engine as the 3 i wrote above? The query protocol was quite easy to understand and if there are more games i can make an implementation in a short time.

Thx dude, i discovered this proggy allready. But it seems that it doesn't support the new masterservers TPC query, which is neccessary to get a valid serverlist of the new game versions.
