I'm finishing a mod wich have alot of changes from the original source code.
I think is needed an different masterserver. Can someone give an information of how to get a working masterserver?
Is there any "opensouce sauer masterserver" on the web?

I don't think so.
I cannot risk to any player of normal sauer access a modded server.

If you run "make master", it will build a master server on Linux. For how to use it, you will have to read the code in engine/master.cpp and figure it out, because there is no documentation on it currently.

I use win and i couldn't get the master.cpp to compile.
Some months ago, i've created a masterserver in PHP that worked on the last version of sauer(assasin's edition), when the list request whas just a http request. But i can't get it to work in the actual version.
In trooper edition, isn't there any way to retrieve the list from a page like "myserver.com/master.php?action=request"?

I wonder how you compiled this master-server. If I need to do some future modification.
What files did you included in the build-projetct and how is it configured?

I've updated the Code::Blocks project to build both server and master components (like Blood Frontier is doing). As these things are only put upstream, I thought it was better to give you a binary rather than encourage you to go get SVN for something so simple.
