Beginner help

So I'm making game. I have some ideas, but I would like to know some things first. My questions is how to:
- make menu(start, options, high scores etc)
- create character option
- make invisible wall...
...because player can get out of map/island
- make HUD

Its not going to be multi player, but I'm thinking about connection to site that players can see they progress or something like that.

Your Q's regarding HUD and Character-Option are pretty vague .. I suspect they're either answered in the fine manual (TFM) .. so read it (RTFM).
If not then I suspect the wiki-page I linked will discuss your issue.
