I'm trying to import my md5 character character to sauerbraten. I get only an static geometry without textures.
I think the main problem is that almost all md5 commands have the "name of the mesh" as a parameter. How could i define a name to the mesh?
my md5.cfg:
-
md5load "pers1.md5mesh"
md5skin name? "Difusa.png" "Mask.png" .9 .8
md5bumpmap name? "Normal.png"
exec "packages/models/vr_guy1/anims.cfg"
mdlscale 800
mdlspec 175

geartrooper, it works only in .md3 / .md2 models. md5 doesn't even have the name of the model (in my case "low") registered in the .md5 file (I've opened and tried Ctrl+F).
So, how do i define it?

Inside the .md5mesh file, there are mesh {} structures, in which there is a line that looks like "// meshes: Name_Here". You can add this line by hand if necessary if your exporter isn't for some reason. Example:
mesh {
// meshes: Upper_Body
... more stuff ...
}
