What are the pictures next to people's names in Quadropolis

I see people with some stars next to their names, and I noticed I have a skull now. What does it mean?

it mean that you have done somthing and have been warned by the admins on there to not do it again, dude, next time put your mouse curser on it, it'll say "this user has been warned."
