translation: you can speak swedish a little bit!

ardappel just said (translation to english): I can\'t speak swedish, not good

have you seen these characters before, å ä ö?

the å-sound sounds like ouh
the ä-sound sounds like ae
the ö-sound sounds like the french "un"

i forgot to say that åäö i not just to change the sound of an character, they are separate characters.

like the character with the dots above the U in german. It's the same as an Y in english and is an separate character too

So is French the exception in considering è and é to not be seperate letters?

dont know what you mean , but in french theirs (cant do it) the e with 2 points over it for : noel and joel

but it sounds the same thing so ...theres also a u with an accent and other stuff with accents , that uselly means that its for a place (im not being clear here)

But ya , i like french , i come from quebec (vive le quebec !)

I knew that there was a third accent, but I couldn't remember if it was ë or ê. I took years and years of French in school, but I sucked at it. It's the only class I've ever failed at, but that's ok because it doesn't really count.

I'm Swedish too.. but I prefer English in public places.. Å or å has the same prenounciation as in 'Paul' the 'au' there.
