Bot Chat

I think I answered my question before, which was "Where do you edit the Bot chat files?" I think the answer is, "You Don't", since the monsters don't actually chat at all :)

So, I'd like to add that, which I can see how to do pretty easily just by editing monster.h (right?), but where in the source would be a good place to load a config file that would contain all the chat texts?
