Nvidia Graphics Cards

Hi there everyone,

I had a problem recently with my sauerbraten no recognising my Nvidia 7600GS graphics card. Everytime I loaded Sauerbraten, it would tell me that my card was too old and that I was using OpenGL 1.5 as the renderer (which cuts out about everything you can do with Sauerbraten).

After a few hours of tearing my hair out trying to get it to recognise the card (as it's only a year old it isn't too old :)) I realised that maybe my drivers needed updating.

I visited the trusty Nvidia web site and found that latest drivers for Nvidia 7600GS, installed them, restarted the computer an voila! It works! Yay for me....

When trying to google my issue in the first place, I found very few posts to help me. I could see that everyone had a problem but if they found a solution, no one had posted it, so hence this submission.

If you're having an issue with your nvidia graphics card, always try downloading the newest drivers where possible
