Where are the human-lookalike models at?

I've been looking around for a long time now trying to find a player model with the shape and texture of a human. I had one a long time ago, but I don't know where I put it...

Here's how they looked like (sort of, texture was edited), link is to a really old submission on Quadropolis:

Do you know any place I could find any human models on? I've also been searching for Q3A models (as they're MD3 models aswell).
