Oct-tree to ogz

Hey guys,

Are there any methods for getting sauer to call oct-tree code directly to build a map from memory?

I am currently working on the Plexus project, specifically on the dwarf fortress map importer. Currently we use groovy to generate sauer console commands that manualy build the map, a method that takes waay to much time. If we can generate an oct tree that represents the map, how would i go about importing that to sauer, or a sauer map file?
