Problem with player speed

My Player is moving too fast,how do i adjust he's speed?

Must be in single player and ALSO on Multiplayer

Make a mod. For just SP you can use /gamespeed, but for MP you'll have to make some very simple code changes and recompile.

When I search "speed" in the source code,it's so chaos >.<
