Weirdest Bug

If i shoot,i see no impact
the gun shoots but even at close range it can't hit the enemy
i tried shooting from pointblank range
and i couldnt hit the enemy
i dont know whats wrong but it seems that all my guns have bugs because if i shoot the bullets come out but no impact,or kills

and no its not my aim because i tried it at pointblank range in someone's face and he didnt get hit
does someone know what is going on?

i have no problems on other online multiplayer games,it only occurs here

i tried both,online and singleplayer
it both has the same problem i can fire the gun but the bullets dont hit the targets,i can knife them but i can\'t kill them with guns or rifles or grenades i really dont know the problem
