Sever code???options???

so I was wondering is there a way to customize a server so that you can jump higher or shoot a gun faster and cause more damage. maybe even run faster???

moded servers are usually quickly banned from the masterserver unless permission is first obtained from aard/eihrul

I also suspect that you'd need to mod the client as well...
