Map-pack written for Geforce 8600 GTS and derivatives. It contains three medium and one small sized map:
base2 - medium, modes: capture/CTF/FFA
ctfrug - small, modes: CTF/FFA
floatingforts2 - medium, modes: capture/CTF/FFA
sirius_castle - medium, modes: capture/FFA

Features:
- Usage of new CTF gamemode in three maps
- Anti-rocket-spam improvement for better regen-capture gameplay
- The three CTF maps are 95% mirrored for fair competitions
- Mostly fixed base-sets which leads to better capture gameplay
- Model-geometry of trees consists of clip-cubes now so its possible to walk on them
- Trees are no longer bullet proof (additional configs in the vegetation folder)
- Offensive usage of parallax-textures and shaders
- Some new parallax-maps/normal-maps for older Sauerbraten textures
- Massive clip/noclip improvements
- Two maps have 3D backgrounds
- One new and one modified skybox
Suggestions for improvements are welcome.

NICE WORK nice maps not sure how i feel about ctfrug tho found a few bugs all the maps need a /remip and save with the cvs

need's /newent playerstart 1|2 not /newent playerstart
2= good 1=evil iirc
also I see a lot of excess skybox textured cubes but all in all nice looking and should be added to the release in my book

There are also no flags in sirius_castle. It is no CTF map by the way. It would take too long to pimp it for CTF since release date is 15th :P
"calclight now forces a map remip automatically" so I wonder what is wrong with remip ?
The skybox-cubes are indicating the sun-light so far. Finding the lights again without it is very hard if you want to change the lightning. Everything else should not be visible from inside. If parts of the sky are visible on the foliage please be more specific because it is hard to find those bugs.
PS: ctfrug contains supply rooms in the sky. Just check them out: /mode 17; map ctfrug. They are disabled in FFA/teamplay.

when i loaded it in the cvs I was getting glichs until i did a remip missing walls random spots of partial cube's

Others are getting those remip-errors too. I added a sleep 100 [remip] to the maps config because I dont know what causes this issue. On my cumputer everything is still ok after downloading the map-package.

I added a new map: alienbase3. The map-pack is now final and I will only modify it to fix heavy bugs. Feel free to add your comments to the comment section on quadropolis.
