1. Start server.
2. "/connect IP", where IP is the IP address of the server (e.g. 192.168.1.100).

Oh, and you probably want to start Sauer with an option like "-mlocalhost", so that Sauer doesn't try to register the server you started with the master server. (Edit server.bat and add this option there.)

I've been trying to set up Sauerbraten on a LAN and I need some help. And yes, I've already read the documentation.
I have Windows 7 workstations with no internet access. I've disabled the firewall on the workstations and I've set port forwarding on the wireless router.
However, I still can't connect to the workstation that is running the server. Not even on the same workstation.
Most times I just get a "not able to connect" error, but sometimes it tells me that the server is running in "private mode" (despite me starting the server in default mode and in d1).
I've used up all sorts of time on this. Anyone have any suggestions.
