Help with Sauer's latest CVS

I have been noticing on Quadropolis that people are referring to the Latest CVS. (3/27/08)

So I went to the sourceforge Sauer page and it doesn't look like there is anything new to download.

Anyone who could direct me where to go for this CVS.
